I purchased this car in Jan ‘21 and every service done at Bertera Nissan in Auburn was handled poorly. Miscommunication regarding a broken radio/Nav unit, failure to fix a persistent rattle, constant delays without any communication, rude and uncaring demeanor, replacement radio/Nav unit did not work properly and my last experience the service agent lied to me regarding a 50k service and tried to charge me $81 to replace a clamp that cost $6 and would take any skilled mechanic 5 min to replace. The service manager Dennis said to me after determining the service agent lied to me. “Are you going to let me talk or are you going to continue to mumble at me?” He then was shocked when I told him to xxxx off. I will never be back and I will be writing a letter to Nissan Corp and the owner of Bertera Nissan. More
