On Thursday, May 5, 2022, my wife and I scheduled an appointment to purchase my 2019 leased Altima at Betera Nissan in Auburn. A gentleman named Amir arranged the lease buyout option via a phone call. Amir was polite and professional during the phone call and outlined the process in detail. We arrived for our appointment at approximately 12:30 pm. We were greeted by Chad, a business manager at Bertera Nissan, upon our arrival. Chad assisted us with the lease buyout. Chad was friendly, polite, professional, and very efficient throughout the process and completed all the necessary paperwork quickly. Chad was "low key" in his approach and put us at ease by explaining the lease buyout process clearly and competently. Things moved so smoothly and efficiently that Chad completed the process in less than an hour, and we were headed back home with our Altima by 1:30 pm. Both Amir and Chad were friendly and professional during the entire process. My wife and I would highly recommend doing business with Bertera Nissan to anyone looking to purchase or lease an automobile. Salesman was good (Jordan Berk) management and finance engaged in bait and switch to get around the contract I had entered into with them. I had to get it done myself and they reimbursed me for the inspection but could care less about my inconvenience and time. I paid several thousand over sticker and was treated like trash. More
