Staff are friendly at reception area. I feel bad they take the brunt of complaints when overall they care short staffed. I finally made my appointment, arrived at 9:55 for a 10:00 appointment and they did not start working on it until 11:30. More

Whoever the service manager on was in his office, chatting with different staff casually who came in and out. I personally would have either rolled up my sleeves and helped or occasionally come to waiting area to apologize for delays. , John Shaw
