On the first visit after the harness was replaced they brought out the car and when I got in to come home the seat was stuck in the reclining position rendering it impossible to drive, the heated seats wo brought out the car and when I got in to come home the seat was stuck in the reclining position rendering it impossible to drive, the heated seats would not shut off even though the switch was off. This depleted my new battery installed a few days prior. Just not happy. I did receive a request to give feedback on Facebook but decided not to. Just wanted to keep this between us. I Oh yeah, usually they call when the work is completed - not this time. Had to find out when I happen to go on email which I do not check often, Okay, rant over. More
