In general, I have found car dealerships to be the creepiest places on earth, even worse if I go by myself (I am female). But I gave Berwyn Kia a try last night and found myself warming up to this pleasant, direct and honest young woman (Edith). She did not tell me a single lie or bluster for a single second. She looked for the best deals for me without being asked. She addressed all of my questions about a new model and even answered questions from my 8-year-old daughter (do you have a TV? what's the Wifi password?). She volunteered safety info on the car I test-drove after recognizing that this was important to me as a mother. Even her manager and co-workers seemed un-creepy. If you are nearing the end of your lease (like me) or otherwise need a car but most dealerships freak you out, try this one and ask for Edith. More

Happy Ohioans w/ limited time I wanted my daughter to come home to get a car, but her busy school/work schedule wouldn't allow it so I travelled to her on a Tuesday . Our 1st stop was to Berwyn Kia looking at a Optima. The salesperson, Kevin, answered a few questions & we left. We visited a couple other dealerships on Wed & Thur, but came back to Berwyn Thur evening. Kevin was leaving for the day, so he put us in the hands of Vince Watts. I must say that Vince was considerably helpful, knowledgeable & patient.
