I have dealt with Bessey Motor Sales for many years and have found them to be very customer service orientated. Gene Benner, the previous owner, always made sure the customers were treated well and fairly. John Emerson Jr. the new owner seems to have the same attitude. . I purchased a 2006 Jeep Liberty in 2009. In the last couple of years there has been a number of things that had to be done to it and a few months ago Wayne Whittemore the service person I dealt with felt it was time to think about trading. Wayne always explained what needed to be done and mentioned any concerns he had. When my brakes failed New Year's Day I decided I had to "bite the bullet". (I had realized in the Fall that a trade in was inevitable but wanted to wait; I hadn't had a car payment in years.) No one tried to be pushy about me getting a new vehicle but suggested that I should consider it. I always felt that they were keeping my welfare in mind and not just trying to sell me a product. I wanted to mention that Joe Sabins was great as the sales person; very helpful, very pleasant, never pushy. Kelly Kiley did a great job handling the paper process from beginning to the closing; she knows what she is doing, that is very obvious. Doug Van Durme "sharpened his pencil" to get me the best deal possible. So now I have a 2012 Jeep Liberty and feel I am going to be happy with it, Bessey Motor Sales and its employees are awesome.
