Excellent Customer Service I have received excellent customer service, thus the reason for 5 stars. Every once in a while there is a hiccup. For instance the use of OnStar t I have received excellent customer service, thus the reason for 5 stars. Every once in a while there is a hiccup. For instance the use of OnStar to make appointments has definite issues. Either fix the issues or don't offer the service. Using a sub-par system can lead to misunderstandings, a longer than necessary wait time and bad feelings between the customer and service writer. You are lucky as hell to have Jessica to smooth over those issues. You need to have her give a class to the male service writers on how to handle women customers. The men stink when it comes to solving problems. And tell that young guy that sits in the first desk that he needs to devote his entire attention to the person standing in front of him. All that being said, I love Best Chevrolet. Even with these little issues, you are far and above any other dealership I have ever worked with. Good job! More
