My key was getting stuck in my ignition so my car would not shut off, I brought it it and was helped by Joe Carmichael immediately. He was extremely helpful made sure my warranty company covered everything other than the deductible, sounds like that should be the case but it never is for me. I had to get a rental and the warranty company would only cover one day even though my car was being worked on for a week, when I picked up my car he said he would be calling them to get them to pay for the rest of the time I had a rental, and for the first time dealing with a service department at a dealership, I believe him. I highly recommend seeing Joe Carmichael for your service needs at Best Chevrolet, he was on top things and made sure I didn't break the bank dealing with this. I can honestly sayI won't be going to anyone else! More
