My original dealer went out of business 3-4 years ago. I experienced nothing but problems there. Mostly with scheduling and pricing. I went to McLaughlin and only wish I changed sooner. Mechanics are great, the service staff is wonderful and even the lady who takes my money is a pleasure to deal with. Scheduling and pick up and drop off is a breeze. Thank you

I had to go get my new car registration and inspection sticker yesterday. I had also asked if they could clean the air vents while I was there. As soon as I walked in Derek was on top of getting the registration and Rick and Jeffrey were working on the inspection sticker and air vents. Unfortunately my plates were so ancient they would not have passed inspection. We had to change the plan last minute and get new plates. I can’t believe how quickly everyone worked to get everything done. I thought I would be there all day but everything was taken care of like it was top priority! I had such a wonderful experience and I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work.

Mirak Chevrolet is now owned by McGovern, but the service personnel seem to be the same. I recently took my 2025 equinox EV for some technical service bulletin work. I had tried to get this done at another dealership and was treated very badly. I want to say that I was treated very well at McGovern and told them so. The experience was so much better. Previously had been regretting my purchase of a Chevrolet vehicle, but now I feel more secure.

Had a great experience at McKay Chevrolet. My salesman Brandon Soto is the best. I haven't bought a car in 17 years and was very nervous. Brandon was very patient,caring and took his time explaining all my questions. I am very happy with the purchase of my 2025 Chevy Trax. We took a test drive and Brandon sat in the car and explained all the new features. So many new great features was confusing but Brandon told me not to hesitate to come back with any other questions and he didn't lie😀. Another salesman heard him say that and said if Brandon wasn't in anyone of the salesmen would be happy to help me. Brandon, other salesmen and receptionist were awesome. I had brought my car to my micanic for an oil change and told him about a recall I received for the Rear Crossmember he would not touch my car except to check that out. I called Tom Chevrolet and made the apointment. When I picked it up they said it was fine and put a coating on it. I then brought the car back to my micanic and they told me they didn't do anything and the rear cross member was all rusted and they only had coated what you could see by looking at it. I then call Chris and brought the car back to the dealership. I called the next day and Chris said it was just rusted, I said that is the same as corroded and he said no it was not. So we went back and forth for about 15 minutes. Then he tells me they used a machine to punch into the bar to test it. So I said, now is rusting out with punch holes in it and that just makes it worse. He kept say no and he's not changing it and I can do what ever I need to and call whom ever I want but he's not changing it. I can take it to another dealership. I have bought my last two cars there and 3 of my girlfriend also did. We will never do anything with them again. Every since they changed hands they are so aweful.

Trying to make an appointment at this dealership is difficult and annoying. Their automated attendant is useless and you can rarely get a real person on the phone to help you, and when you do, they forward you to a "scheduling coordinator" and you get their voice mail. I very much enjoy Hyundai Palisade and would recommend it, but I do not recommend this service center. I should not be this hard to schedule an appointment.
