Very misleading lease experience. In June 2025 I returned my 2022 Ram 1500 and was told by my salesperson David that Best Ram would cover all excess mileage and disposition fees if In June 2025 I returned my 2022 Ram 1500 and was told by my salesperson David that Best Ram would cover all excess mileage and disposition fees if I leased another Ram. That was the only reason I stayed with Ram instead of going to another brand. Eight months later I get a $530 bill from the leasing company for those exact fees. Now the dealership says they only paid part of it and I’m responsible for the rest. If I had been told the truth, I would never have signed a new lease. Get everything in writing before you trust anything they promise. I will not be doing business here again. More
