I have reached out directly. The vehicle has been returned to address issues twice. Another Chrysler dealership has now looked the vehicle over and confirmed that the vehicle should have never been certified by Chrysler and was sold to me with multiple items not meeting standards as specified on the "Chrysler Certified Pre-Owned Inspection Checklist". I am still waiting on contact from your Service Manager, Ricky Medeiros, who on April 1st told me he would send over the Service Order from it's last service (which took three weeks). I have still not received the service order.
