I had been searching for a used car for a while now and my search had led me here. I walked in and checked out two wholesale cars, both of which I didn't like. Negotiation was very stress free, and we found a price (without hidden fees) that worked for both of us. He explained what papers meant as we went along. Everyone at the dealership was very kind and welcoming. I even got the car inspected and the breaks fixed the following day. This was a much better experience than what I had at another competing dealership a few days before. More

They used to be good. But I now feel deceived. My service advisor said he contacted the extended warranty company but after 5 days of not being able to reach him by phon But I now feel deceived. I just got off the phone with the warranty company and they have no record of ANY claim request. More
