I would rather have a tooth canal then deal with most car salesmen. These people changed all that. From the time I got to their dealership until I left they were very attentive , polite and went over and b salesmen. These people changed all that. I have bought many vehicles in my 52 years in business and this was by far the best experience I've had. I went to buy one truck and left buying two. I may go back and buy a third. Service department was very helpful in ensuring that my recall (windshield sealer) was not disruptive to me any more than necessary. STAY AWAY! Horrible experience, bought a used truck, i was assured everything was fine after bringing up concerns of rough shifting and rough idle during the te Horrible experience, bought a used truck, i was assured everything was fine after bringing up concerns of rough shifting and rough idle during the test drive. I brought it back the next day to get a state inspection and the tech's looked it over, passed the truck, and assured me everything was normal. The salesman then drove the truck 50 minutes to drop it off with me and again assured me the truck was great, and there were no issues with the truck and the mechanics have looked it over. Took it to a different dealer after having it for a week and it ended up needing the transmission rebuilt, cam phasor, wheel bearing, throttle control valve and more! I have so far been without the truck for 42 days, and the bill is HUGE. The dealership is still unsure of the exact issues, and they are contacting the Ford field Engineers for support. It is difficult to contact the dealership and my calls will not get. Horrible people. They do not care about the customer, only the sale. Please do not buy from them. More
I drove the car that i bought recently only 2 weeks and the the tires started to crack and wear out. After I reached out to the best ford service they said it's not covered under limited warranty. Service from 4 Months ago. .. On the phone, folks were great. In person, it was a different experience. I was told it would be about an hour to an hour and a half. Only had two .. Only had two side mirrors replaced and a check to see why the seat heaters didnt work on the front driver and passenger seats. I had an appt at 11am. I was prompt for the appointment. By 2pm I called to see what is taking so long. No one knew anything. By 3pm I showed up to get my vehicle. I found it on a lift. Why it was on a lift? I have no idea. After they tried to upsell me for 20 mins I asked to just cash out so I could leave. It took over 30 mins to cash me out. They couldnt find the paperwork, the guy that was in charge of my order was missing, supposedly helping other customers, etc... I did see him on his cell phone in the hallway and turned away each time I looked his way. I could hear other customers complaining as well to other employees. Plus it was snowing and I had to get my kids from school a few towns over. They finally cashed me out after increasing the labor rate (why...i didnt even have time to ask!) So disappointed. You overcharged and went over what I was quoted. I will NEVER do business there again. Awful. Just awful. Side note: The gentleman that stepped in to cash me out was pleasant. There were others that walked right by me, made eye contact and didn't offer to help. So for the gentleman that did help -- Thank you. Since leaving this review on Google they did respond stating they would refund the $99 fee they charged to identify why the seat heaters didnt work. Never saw the refund... lost all trust in this place. More
