Salesperson was very nice and helpful. Finance person was very pushy trying to sell me the extended waranty and other useless stuff. Told him several times no but he kept asking through the whole process...very bad experience! They could not figure out how to apply the military discount so I didn't get the credit. I had to contact the Ford Military Appreciation line myself and resolve the issue after the sale was over. Now waiting to get check in the mail...hopefully. The whole experience took over 5 hours! After a few internet searches, we decided to go to Best Ford to look at a new Ford F-150. On January 30th we went to Best Ford and met with Amelie Ellis. She respected our position on where we wanted to be with the cost of a new F-150 and our trade in 2016 truck The process was fairly painless and we went home on January 30 with a brand new 2025 F-150 truck.
