I had been searching for a used car for a while now and my search had led me here. I walked in and checked out two wholesale cars, both of which I didn't like. The salesman worked with my budget and found another used car that he pulled up and said "This. This is the one.". He was absolutely correct. Negotiation was very stress free, and we found a price (without hidden fees) that worked for both of us. He explained what papers meant as we went along. Everyone at the dealership was very kind and welcoming. I even got the car inspected and the breaks fixed the following day. This was a much better experience than what I had at another competing dealership a few days before. More

They used to be good. But I now feel deceived. My service advisor said he contacted the extended warranty company but after 5 days of not being able to reach him by phon But I now feel deceived. I just got off the phone with the warranty company and they have no record of ANY claim request. More
