I made an appointment took my car there then they had to reorder the part and it was on recall why didn't they have the part when they told me to bring my car in. My appointment was at 2:00. I did not get my vehicle until 3:45. This is too long for a routine oil change. The lobby was filthy. Dead beetles were everywhere. She said there were thousands more but she wasn’t worried because she sat behind the desk not in the lobby. My bill was 93.00. It did not explain what was done and no one talked to me about the service or my vehicle. It was so impersonal and expensive. More
