Drop your vehicle off on November 13th with a service engine soon. Light still under extended warranty coverage. Finally Finally in december, I contacted the service and was told that it didn't show an e engine soon. Light still under extended warranty coverage. Finally Finally in december, I contacted the service and was told that it didn't show an extended warranty, and I had to get from Feldman and email it to Betten Baker. Several weeks went by, and my wife called and spoke with Shane. He said he was arguing with the extended warranty due to the repair not being covered by the extended warranty. He would let us know. A couple weeks go by, and again, my wife calls and is told by Shane that the warranty is still denying the repair. My wife let's him repair the car. Received an email on Jan. 9 that the work should be done. Two weeks later, I still hadn't heard anything, called left a message to contact me about my vehicle. Finally, I received my vehicle on Jan . 26th. Never was offered a loaner car during the entire, 2 months. Very poor communication. More
