Craig was excellent. The two gentlemen that provided rides to and from our house were also excellent. The only problem we had was when we talked to the service tech about The two gentlemen that provided rides to and from our house were also excellent. The only problem we had was when we talked to the service tech about fixing the seat belt light he immediately said there was a $200 analysis fee. He did not explain if that would be taken off the bill or added to it if the repair was ordered. Lisa decided to take the vehicle and just go home. Joe was the service advisor who she talked to about the seatbelt light. That was evidently a separate issue from the airbag recall More
