Thoroughly disgusted responded

I finally got in touch with Jason Horton yesterday, after 3 weeks of calls, and I think things have been taken care of. He tried to tell me he had received no voicemails, so obviously there is a problem somewhere. I had also tried through Rob Melanson, again with no response. I also tried online through your website, but received no response that way either. Hence, my extreme frustration. Thanks for at least reaching out, I do appreciate it.
