Second time bringing in vehicle for warranty work for same collision warning (air bag) light. They said they couldn’t find issue and since the light turned off that there was no more troubleshooting the same collision warning (air bag) light. I told service advisor that it was back on but he said that there are not any techs available to look at it. Drive away with light on. So frustrating. More

Bought a 2016 paid cash, for a vehicle that I later learn shouldn't have on the lot. I have given Betten numerous opportunities to correct all the problems. Returning vehicle 5 times in 3.months. I haven't complained outside of Betten, nor was I planning to. But I invested over 11,000 in this vehicle and it is still requires repairs. I am giving Betten another opportunity at which point I will look into who will listen to my complaints. I am sure I can get someone to pay attention.
