Do NOT buy a used vehicle over $25 grand with a promise from a salesman to have fluids checked (he's full of xx as are the so called managers), the front & rear differential oil was black as tar & many lev from a salesman to have fluids checked (he's full of xx as are the so called managers), the front & rear differential oil was black as tar & many levels low. No previous history of oil change noted (that's why Robert didn't stand by his word as he said all fluids would be good to go). And review those lug nuts on those tires, safety not to important to this place as I was missing 7 on 35/13.5 wide tires with a modified lyft. Yes this was an "as is" BUT the salesman promised me the fluids would all be good to go & when I mentioned the situation again & now the lug nuts I was just pushed off from his managers (Pete & Kale) stating "nothing we can do, it's after market parts" ---- oil, fluids & lugnuts ARE NOT AFTERMARKET..... EXTREME CAUTION when you buy from this place as they obviously care about their wallet & nothing more!!! More

Absolutely one of the worst consumer experiences in my life. In short, I was charged $1,000 extra for something I NEVER agreed to, or even knew about, or was even done to my vehicle! Also, I was assured I life. In short, I was charged $1,000 extra for something I NEVER agreed to, or even knew about, or was even done to my vehicle! Also, I was assured I'd be getting my GM supplier discount. I did not. After several weeks of phone tag, and not having my messages returned, finally they agreed to give me $972 via check. Which is broken down to $700 of the $1,000 I was overcharged, and $272 of the $512 that GM stated was my discount. So, I was returned $972 of the $1,512 in which I was owed. The employees were offering me cash to sell future discount codes I may get from GM. The manager admitted it was a terrible deal I received. A reputable business would have made this right. Overall, a terrible experience. This was my first ever brand new car that I bought for myself, and it turned into a month long nightmare. I have shared my experience with all of my friends, family, and co-workers. All of which will never go to this dealership. More
