I have all ready sent this but can’t find my complaint. I brought my 2015 Arvada in for service in feb 2022 . You said it needed a new transmission. So 6 months later you still have my car . And put 2 diff I brought my 2015 Arvada in for service in feb 2022 . You said it needed a new transmission. So 6 months later you still have my car . And put 2 different transmission in my car is doing the same thing it was when I originally bought it in. You have my car now a year and a half later. I payed over 10 thousand to have it fixed and 2 thousand for rental cars , and now another 1 thousand for rental car and my car is doing the same thing I bought in for in for a year and a half ago. So I’ve spent 13 thousand dollars and I still have a junk car ..how can you treat you customers like this I’m so so angry with Betten . More

They turn used cars over so fast with no exam they have no idea what they're selling. Test drive went OK bought it and the next day it started throwing codes an d shutting down and they won't stand behin no idea what they're selling. They said I could trade it back in for 5000dollars less than what I just paid. More
