Unfortunately, it doesn't feel like the same dealership that I have been loyal to for years! (This is my 9th Honda) The familiar faces are ALL GONE, particularly Julie in Service and Gage in Sales. That be that I have been loyal to for years! (This is my 9th Honda) The familiar faces are ALL GONE, particularly Julie in Service and Gage in Sales. That being said, I was just in for an oil change & tire rotation, which seemed fine. Did not wash my car, which used to be a nice thing g after service. Not sure if it's not a service perk anymore or just got neglected as it was never mentioned. At check-out I asked about interior detailing before a road trip we are taking on the 25th of this month. I was assured that this gentleman, Jack ~ not sure if that was the name, would call me the next day. That was a week ago with no phone call! I am now quite short on time:( All in all, I do not feel like I know this dealership anymore. More
