But after the phone calls I received the day after I had no choice. My sales representative was Victor. During the whole process of me trying to buy a car he was aggressive and hostile. He would try to make me feel uneducated and stupid so I would have to take the deal he’s offering. He then informs me I have to buy a full coverage insurance policy. I was unaware of that fact. So he gives me a card and I call the agent. I told Victor it would be expensive because I have sr22 insurance. He then advises me not to share this information with the agent. So I don’t, but I am very wary at this point. He passes me all the paperwork and tells me to sign at the bottom. I try to read the print when he rushes me through it. He won’t allow me time to read nor ask questions. (Very hostile). During all this I go to the bathroom to take a moment and breathe. I call the insurance agent to inform her that I do indeed have sr22 insurance, and would like to cancel my policy. (If I were to get into an accident the insurance company would not cover anything because of the information I did not provide) I go back to Victor and tell him I want to cancel. He try’s to persuade me to go along with the deal and pay the added insurance rates. I again tell him I want to cancel and he gets up, walks to the main desk and cancels the process. He then tells me it’s been canceled and I can leave. I thought it was all over until I receive 10 miss calls from both Victor and the insurance company. Victor tried calling to reactivate my insurance policy. The agent calls me asking me if I had approved or authorize the policy again. I told her no. Victor then calls me a few seconds later telling me he got me a lower policy for full coverage. I felt like my privacy had been invaded. He didn’t cancel the transaction like he stated. He then texts me that IM SCARED TO BUY A CAR and I wasted his time. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Aggressive and hostile. Huge invasion of privacy. More

I went to Bettenhausen Megastore and worked with a salesman by the name of Victor Fleifel. I looked at some of the vehicles that they had for sale. After I was done test driving the vehicles, I sat wi salesman by the name of Victor Fleifel. I looked at some of the vehicles that they had for sale. After I was done test driving the vehicles, I sat with Victor at his desk and we had a conversation. I explained to him that unfortunately, I was unable to make a purchase from him at that moment because I needed my wife's agreement on the purchase of the vehicle before I made it. He then spent the next 20 minutes trying to pressure and persuade me to purchase a vehicle from him in spite of me telling him repeatedly that I was unable to do so until I received my wife's agreement on the vehicle purchase. One comment he made was that if my wife got mad at me for making the vehicle purchase without her agreement and then left me for a month, then what's wrong with that? I get the vehicle that I want and a month without my wife. He sees nothing but positives in that situation. He even said that he sends his wife off to the country of Jordan every year, so that he can get a break away from her. Then the next day, he calls and leaves me a voice mail message to follow up with me about when I would be able to bring my wife into the dealership to check out the vehicle that I was interested in. He unfortunately, did not hang up his phone fully because, I then hear him make a comment to someone and I quote, "Looking at five different vehicles, what a f**king dreamer." Now he claims that the comment was about a different customer and not me, but if he made that comment to a coworker about this other customer, what comments has he made about me and other customers that he's worked with who don't purchase a vehicle from him before? I really think that you should consider whether you want to do business with this man and dealership who makes disrespectful comments with profanity in them about their customers? I know that I'm taking my business to a different dealership because I don't deserve to be treated this way; I hope that you make the same choice. More
Bought a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 with 1800 miles. The original sales order showed Z71 floor mats but the floor mats were not in vehicle. I called Bettenhausen after finding they had a 2019 Chrysler 300 that we were interested in. Salesman Mark A. was a pleasure to do business with and made sure the process was quick and painless. There were a few hiccups after the purchase and Mark followed up and made everything right. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

Once I got there Gerardo was very friendly told me he heard I was coming in he told me that Jose would be helping me so we sat down and I told him what I was looking for he had the vehicle brought around and after looking it over let me take it for a test drive . I liked the way it drove and although it was a certified used car it had most of what I was looking for we sat down and started looking at the numbers my trade etc. I came home with a new used jeep Jose wasn't pushy or pressured me at all and didn't try selling me something I didn't want it was a complete pleasure dealing with this dealer and Jose More
