I brought my truck in for a recall on master cylinder and service writer don’t remember her name said it would be done next day. About 4pm I called and they didn’t have the part. I came back picked up my tru service writer don’t remember her name said it would be done next day. About 4pm I called and they didn’t have the part. I came back picked up my truck and she said she would call when it comes in. This was last month and still haven’t heard from her. It’s ridiculous when I called about recall that those parts aren’t available and no one has called. More
