I was told that I could bring my car in for body repair on Friday, December 5 & repairs would start on Monday, December 8. It is my understanding that the mechanics did not actually start work on my car un on Friday, December 5 & repairs would start on Monday, December 8. It is my understanding that the mechanics did not actually start work on my car until Monday, December 15, a full week later, with no solid completion date. This has put me in a bind with my insurance rental coverage because my rental coverage will run out before the possible repair completion date, which will leave me stranded for more than a week More
