Service used to be excellent until this last visit. The interior settings of my car was not returned in the same way I brought it in. The service was for a simple "oil change" so nothing inside the v The interior settings of my car was not returned in the same way I brought it in. The service was for a simple "oil change" so nothing inside the vehicle should have required turning off or deleting any of my personal settings! I've used Bev Smith Toyota service department for close to 20 years and have NEVER had any problems with the interior settings being changed/or totally deleted -- especially when the service was for just an OIL CHANGE! In past years, my car was returned with the interior settings in tack the way it was when I brought in except for me adjusting the seat forward (not a big deal). When I managed to return home, I tried to call the Service Manager, my Sales rep (who I've purchased 4-5 cars from) and left messages. Service Mgr returned my call & left message for me to bring my car back in the next morning. Sales rep returned my calI and I explained the situation and that I had taken the car back in the next day but nothing was corrected. Later that day I sat in my driveway with the use of the manuals trying to figure out how to reset everything. More
