This is the 3rd car I have bought here. The first was brand new. I traded that one in last summer and went from an SUV to a sedan. Then I hated it - way too small and traded it in for an SUV. I originally wanted a used certified one. The finance manger quoted me $447 and $1000 down. I said no but thought about it overnight and changed my mind. Went back in the morning to get it and was then told he couldn’t do the deal. Wht in the world would you offer something you couldn’t provide? I did not like this gentleman’s tactics at all. He gave the ENTIRE history of a revisions going without taking a breath for like 10 minutes. He called himself the customer service manager but that’s not what he was at all. I felt very pressured and haggled. I then was told a new one would be better. I was looking at a 2022 and the 2025 was better but now they wanted $528! I did end up getting the new one but it wasn’t the same friendly experience as before. More
After having the car for a week, the salesman called and said we had to return to the dealer because the paperwork was wrong.. When we got there we were told that the car they gave us was not the right car said we had to return to the dealer because the paperwork was wrong.. When we got there we were told that the car they gave us was not the right car for the paperwork we originally completed and the car we actually received cost $4,000 more than the car we were supposed to get..(which I do not believe) After going back and forth with the sales manager, we ended up paying an additional $28 per month more for a 78 month loan. No confidence in this dealership. More
