I took my car in for a tire rotation. Was advised I needed wheel balance and alignment. Since it was three years since I had any, I said ok. The service dept. guy asked other questions an Was advised I needed wheel balance and alignment. Since it was three years since I had any, I said ok. The service dept. guy asked other questions and I told him to look at my service record, as I had it all done there. He came back with all the needed information. He also found that there was a recall to fix the airbag on the passenger side. He was very thorough and kept me informed all along the way. More
