On Tuesday December 2nd, had my Toyota service and was greeted warmly, by the young lady in the service area. And informed me my service manager Heaven would be with me shortly. Went in for an oil change and took approx 2 and a half hours to complete. Upon requesting follow up via the text service that they promote you to use regarding time frame both attempts to communicate via hours to complete. I told the staff I have to leave and I need my keys and they said would take 5 minutes just waiting for paper work. Upon grabbing water the care team that was over seeing me “oz” was his name began to check someone else in/out making me water further and longer. Making it seem unimportant my level urgency to get to work. The system in place left me waiting for text , contact my adviser as he constantly was away from his station and even when I was at the station waiting for him he could see me in the other room no contact was made to acknowledge my presence he stayed behind the glass in the other room.
