Great first experience with this dealership. Very impressed with the vehicle check of tires and alignment as you drive your car into the service area. Jon listened to my requests, the waiting room was roomy and not claustrophobic like some are, there is a nice snack bar with cookies and sandwiches to purchase, and I was kept informed of my vehicle's repair status. Check-out was professional and I can honestly say of the three Toyota dealerships (one in SC and one in GA where I live in the summer) this one is the best. More
