While we ended up buying a Grand Highlander Hybrid, I am not happy with how they tried to avoid giving upfront detailed information and pricing. It was an unpleasant scene and only when I raised my voice and took the position to walkout of the deal, did they half-heartedly provide bits and pieces of information. Adam saved the day for them.
