Hello good afternoon hope this email finds you well. My name is Julia Lopez and I had an appointment today 05/19/2025 for my Toyota Camry 2024 for an oil change @10 am. I received a call from my daugh My name is Julia Lopez and I had an appointment today 05/19/2025 for my Toyota Camry 2024 for an oil change @10 am. I received a call from my daughter informing me how she was to told “sign here” and was handed the paperwork and that was IT. If it wasn't for my daughter to SPEAK up and asked question (s) about the vehicle. She wouldn’t have had any interaction with the agent Madison Messina. My daughter felt like she was just a number there or a kid and people assuming she wouldn’t follow thru. But in fact she is a responsible adult who shows interest to know what’s going on and what’s needed for the vehicle. In the end my daughter noticed the agent was in a HURRY to go to lunch. My daughter realized now it makes sense the agent was in a rush to get her out of there due to her lunch was coming near. I called the agent on the business card at 12:18 pm and the call went straight to voicemail. We have had oil changes done in the past and never had any negative experiences .
