Had a working arrangement to trade in my car and buy a new RAV4. The RAV4 was been delivered that day and I could test drive it later on. Got a call at 2:30 said the RAV4 was in agreed to come in at 4 Tes new RAV4. The RAV4 was been delivered that day and I could test drive it later on. Got a call at 2:30 said the RAV4 was in agreed to come in at 4 Test Dr. and finalize the paperwork. At 3 o’clock they called and told me they sold a car to somebody else. I was pleasantly pleased with my visit to have the oil changed on my 2005 Toyota Sienna. Once before I was told that I needed a bunch of service items that my own garage advised against. I almost did not changed on my 2005 Toyota Sienna. Once before I was told that I needed a bunch of service items that my own garage advised against. I almost did not return to this dealer for service as I thought someone would try to sell me services that I did not want. This time I received the service that I asked for with a couple of suggestions that I agreed with. I felt much better as no pressure to have extra services. I will feel much better about returning another time. More
