I had a very good experience at Bev Smith Toyota. Mike Santos was an awesome Salesperson. He reached out to me the day the car I had inquired in arrived at the dealership (early). He took the time to Mike Santos was an awesome Salesperson. He reached out to me the day the car I had inquired in arrived at the dealership (early). He took the time to take me on a test drive and explained the components of the hybrid vehicle. We sat down and were able to negotiate a deal. Christian one of the managers also assisted in the process and is very good at working numbers. Finance streamlined the paperwork process. All of the employees are very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate that customers are offered refreshments. I have already referred my friends to Bev Smith Toyota for their future car needs. I’m looking forward to my first service appointment to see the new building and facilities. Also to drop in and see Mike and thank him again for all he did to get me the vehicle I wanted. More
