My Service coordinator Tori is wonderful. Aside from that, I think the service at this dealership is just okay. When I bought my car, the dealership was under construction. I was told there was going to be a Chik-Fil-A inside for when you are waiting for service...that must have been a joke, because even what they have for food, is never staffed. Once it was finally finished (over a year later), I think my car has been washed one time. This time, I specifically asked for a wash, and was told that they just hose it down, they don't have an automatic wash. It didn't look like a drop had touched my car. I find the dealership odd, as there are 2 cars inside, and lots of space not being utilized. Just looks like a waste of space. More
