On Tuesday, I went to the service area to just get a quote no one met me except the gentleman that moves the cars around. He was very helpful so I went over everything then he took in the service area. I had to wait for a few minutes. Tyler Johnson helped me. He immediately told me emphatically that he was not taking out any other cars in today with an attitude. I told him I only wanted an estimate. Until later, he never asked me my name or anything. He just sent me to the park desk and this happened over and over and over like three times of things I needed to be repaired. I did not know Toyota treated their customers this way I was appalled by it. He was not helpful at all the guy in the parts and this guy that helped that move the cars around we’re great, but I will never come back to Bev Smith Toyota because of the way Tyler Johnson treated me that is why I am giving a rating of dairy poor and I mean really really very poor. I just moved up here in February from another city and I will never go back to bed Smith Toyota every ever even if I have to move back to West Palm Beach where I live I’d rather drive down there at least Southern Toyota cares about their people More
