Good buying experience....straightforward and easy. I had to travel to see the car...I located it, by reviewing area BMW dealer inventories online. Bad customer service. Once purchased, no one willing to help Bought brand new, fully loaded Series 8. While the purchase part was relatively smooth but there were a few issues : The car was dirty from sitting Bought brand new, fully loaded Series 8. While the purchase part was relatively smooth but there were a few issues : The car was dirty from sitting on the lot for 5 months, metallic parts had started pitting, there was a ding on the door, the battery had not been maintained properly etc. I was promised all this would be taken care of in no time but 3 months later and after many frustrating exchanges nothing has been done. Certainly not the experience you expect after spending $150K on a luxury car. I have all the evidence documented, including email exchanges and pictures and am filing a complaint through BMW Customer service USA (who have been very reactive so far). Probably a case of too little to late though so I will look elsewhere for my next car. More
