Nasty, rude, and unprofessional. I was about to buy a car from them. They didn't have all the options I wanted on the car, but Neda, my salesperson, said that the car I was looking for didn't come with car from them. She said they didn't come with that interior, or the Mpackage. She even brought in her manager and asked him how many of this car he has seen with as many options as the car they had on the lot, "none" he responded. I even asked her to look around quickly for me, she said she didn't have to... that she was aware of all available models and options out there. Then, Presto! I found one across town that did. Sooo, I started negotiations for a lease. Before my deal was closed Neda called me and I informed her politely that I HAD found the car she didn't say existed and was probably going to purchase it. When I told her, she lost her mind and screamed at me,screamed. Saying that I should not have test driven her car if I was going to buy from someone else. That I had wasted her time (so if I test drive it, Ihave to buy it?). She even began to lecture me, preempting it by saying, "Let me give you a little lecture on life." um... no thanks Neda, I'll pass. All in all it was sad. They lied and bullied and when they didn't get the deal.... they insulted. More

Terrible service. Extremely unprofessional. Don't answer the phone; don't return phone calls. Will charge whatever they want and will not give you your car back unless you pay. I bought my first BMW a few years from these guys. I went back today to buy a used M3 convertible. The sales person and I talked at length about the warrranty. We agreed to the price, trade-in etc. I even started signing papers (after the credit check and other formalities). Then the guy (who was making me sign the papers), tried to sell me an extended warranty. He told me that this car had NO warranty on it - which was one of the most critical things that I wanted - and had made that clear 4 hrs ago to the sales guy. Thus, eventually after 4+ hrs, I had to walk away with no car. I do not recommend these guys - be careful and make sure you are getting what you want and what they tell u. BTW - The sales guy, did not apologize once! More

I went to this dealership because of a car I saw online at Auto Trader (thru Yahoo). It was priced at $28,497 which is why I took the trouble to go take a look. When I got there, the price on the tag hanging on the windshield said $33,995 or there abouts. The salesman, Joe, said the price shown is often different from what's online. "We'll give you the online price". I test drove it and then he invited me in to talk about it. He went on to his computer and showed a price of around $32,995. I then showed him the printout from Auto Trader. He asked when I printed that out and I said "yesterday". He said "that was yesterday". I think he said it was "Market fluctuation" or something like that. Prices change from day to day.(The stock market doesn't even fluctuate THAT much!) I said this was "bait and switch". He got defensive and asked if I was interested in buying the car or not. I said "no" not at that price. Long story short - he said they have the lowest prices around, etc. etc. This was blatant misadvertising and they should be reported. Beware! Do your homework before to you visit - or better yet, steer clear of this place. More

They have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with in my entire adult life. It is horrifying...not only are they rude and dismissive - but they fail to deliver on any and all pro have ever dealt with in my entire adult life. It is now 2010...but they had failed to pay the rental company they do business with and the rental company has turned around and started charging the individuals directly. After three months of trying to get them to reimburse me for these charges they finally sent me a check - for less than I was owed. They have lost a loyal customer... More

I hate BMWs, but I will be hawkeyeing Beverly Hills BMW's used inventory because I desperately want to give this dealership my business. We came in to look at a vehicle that turned out to no longer have been sold, but Jeff took half an hour to look online with us through his auto group's inventories and then at AutoTrader at large for the type of vehicle we were looking for; he told us as soon as we found a dealership to give him a call so he could call them first and weed out the sleezebags, and he really did! We emailed him a list of dealers with cars we were looking for and he found the only two that were reputable; he even pushed those dealers to drop a grand from the asking price! I wish we could have given him a commission, he worked very hard for us. More

To be brief, the pre-owned sales manager was a rude jerk, the car had safety problems it shouldn't have been sold with, and the DMV process has been a nightmare, including their first telling me the DMV paperwork was in process (a lie), then telling me I needed to go to the DMV and get a verification form and send it to them, which I did because it seemed like the least hassle. Now, after four calls over the past two weeks, I have not received a call back. Not what you'd expect form a high-end dealership! More

I didn't buy my 2004 325ci at Beverly Hills BMW but have taken it there for 2 years for maintenance and service, because it's close to my office. Every visit has been a positive experience. In particular, my service advisor, Paul Sanhaphakd, is the best. He has worked me in with last minute problems a couple of times, and always arranged for very fair treatment in determining if a repair is going to be covered by warranty or not. The service department gets me in and out very quickly...often within the same day. I have an extended warranty, and have been in for a few regularly scheduled maintenance trips, which have always been smooth. I have been able to drop off quickly in the mornings, Paul checks in with me during the day on the status of the maintenance and target pickup time, and the car has always been ready when I arrived to get it. They handle people fairly quickly in the Service area, even with a pretty high volume of customers coming through. I've never waited more than 20 minutes during drop-off or pickup, and generally less time. I've had a couple of minor issues with stereo system, trunk lighting, etc, and the service department has corrected these problems at no charge. I recommend them highly. More

Beverly Hills BMW cannot accept lease returns if you did not purchase your BMW from them. Why - after receiving 7 years of exceptional service over 2 great cars does BMW Bev Hills have to go against the grain of a nationwide program that boasts #1 customer service across all of its dealers? Maybe, in true Beverly Hills fashion, if you're not part of the inner circle your xxxx just stinks. Thanks for setting me straight, Mark - you just lost a sale. More
