Overall, happy to buy from Bianchi. People are great to work with. Customer area clean with snacks & drinks. Negotiating price is never fun. Don’t like it. Didn’t like it. I didn’t think to bring up features that my trade in had like the tow package, roof rack, interior perfect condition, etc. Unhappy that I was TOLD 2 free oil changes that you guaranteed I CANNOT use. Why offer it. Either don’t put time limit or don’t OFFER it. . More
