This is my 1st experience with the Sales Dept. at Bianchi Honda but the Service Dept. has always provided a great Customer Service experience. They are always friendly and professional, questions are encouraged and answered with respect, so refreshing and appreciated! I found the same helpful and supportive manner throughout this dealership, Stephen in Sales and Mike in Finance were great! This is my 4th Honda to own so I know they are the best vehicles on the road but everyone's positive attitude and personal attention gave me additional reassurance that I was making the right decision to choose to work with Bianchi Honda. All of Bianchi Honda is phenomenal. .. from Dave Reash (salesman) to Caleb (service) to everyone behind the scene's. Even that guy Jason (owner) finally met him. Lol.
