My Honda would not start on Saturday. When I called service for guidance, both Call Taker Kim and Monica were very helpful and my car was towed to Bianchi. Monday morning I spoke with Darrell about th service for guidance, both Call Taker Kim and Monica were very helpful and my car was towed to Bianchi. Monday morning I spoke with Darrell about the history of the current problem. Darrell called back later with an evaluation, the work required, and the cost. Later Darrell called to report the car was repaired and what the total cost would be. I picked up my car and was extremely please with the reception and the speed of check out. Thank you again to everyone involved. More
