They were willing to give detailed visibility into the exact color combo units they had arriving into the future, which made planning eas work with. The price was also $2,000 cheaper than the lowest Cleveland area dealer, and $8,000 cheaper than Great Lakes Honda in particular. Bianchi DOES force you to buy a $500 mat package, but do NOT force a $1,500 purchase of "Surface Science" like most Cleveland area dealers. If you need winter mats anyway, it isn't a big deal. 10/10 experience, thanks Bianchi. More
