I have been to some dealers where they kind of stick you in a small room off to the side, but this area is actually an extension of the showroom with couches and chairs and a cafe which is important for customers to feel they are still part of the dealership experience. Our salesman (Dave Reash) was very knowledgeable of his products and accommodating to all our needs. Finally and perhaps the most impressive to us was the Dealer owner greeted us both during and after the sale to thank us for our business and make sure we were totally satisfied. That is a leader by example whose compassion for his customers extends down through his entire staff. More

Simple, flexible, accommodating, helpful I had heard about Bianchi Honda on many different FM stations, and I decided to visit one day to ask about cars with manual transmissions. I said I wa I had heard about Bianchi Honda on many different FM stations, and I decided to visit one day to ask about cars with manual transmissions. I said I wanted a car that was not a civic that also had a manual transmission. Jim Bell told me the only option was an Accord Sport. He gave me price information, let me test drive one, showed me all of the features, and did not pressure me into buying a vehicle when I was not ready. However, he did give me price information as if I were buying it that day. About a month later I contacted Jim to ask about their Labor Day/End of Summer sale event. I set up a time to meet with him, and he was immediately available to meet with my fiance and I when I arrived. We further discussed prices of an Accord Sport, and I made sure that he knew that I was eligible for a recent college graduate discount. The only complaint I had was that he did not offer me the college grad discount, I needed mention it to him. Perhaps he forgot that I recently graduated from college, who knows. Either way, he also allowed me to text and email him information so that the purchasing process could be completed more easily. When I arrived days later to sign for the car, I was paired up with a guy who grew up in my hometown. I do not know if it was an intentional move by Jim, but it was a nice touch either way. The process of signing paperwork was straightforward and very informative for a novice such as myself, and I appreciated all of the help I received. I love my new Accord, and I hope to drive it for many many years. Thanks! More
