Joe Mando was so helpful. He was very patient (we are not big into technology) .He was knowledgeable and very kind. We purchased a CRV Touring model and we love it. My favorite person who managed and priced during my first two purchases is no longer there (miss him!); not the same without him. However my other favorite is the Financing person, Mike, who handled financing for all three of my purchases. I would trust him with my own finances. He is smart, respectful, honest, has a respectful sense of humor and made me feel like I was important, had value, and he was always successful in putting together the best arrangements. He was fast and efficient which I like. I wasn't going to get any extras, but when we talked through it, he explained the options very well, and I was pleased to purchase the AutoButler and 10 year service contract. Excited about that! I want to keep my new car as the best it is today both with maintenance and appearance. I plan to keep this car for a long time! Or until I give it to my daughter and buy another one. :) I appreciated that the salesman helped explain the new functional information about the dashboard and what was different about the car. He was also available for post purchase questions. More
