Just a great experience! I have worked with both the dealership and Bill Donor before and really appreciate the sales experience I had. Bill knows that I don't like to play games and will walk out. We went over the inventory, took a test drive and sat down and made it happen. He answered all of our questions, didn't try to hard sell, and let us figure out what worked for us. We had a real surprise, when as a counter, they offered to certify the vehicle. It really was a deal we couldn't pass up. Seth looked the vehicle over for us and completed the certification checklist. Mike helped us with the financing and it went pretty smooth and quick. In fact, it took longer to deal with our insurance company than the financing. We absolutely would do business again and highly recommend. More
