Lennon Askew very helpful in refreshing SiriusXM Due to SiriusXM changing ID number on our car, it no longer received the signal. When told that we would have to pay $15 to do this, he informed them that we would not pay for a mistake made by them. They agreed and waived the fee. We drove out of the parking lot with our problem resolved. Thank you! More
