Surprise Purchase I was leasing a 2015 Civic. I went to the dealership on June 23, 2017, for an oil change and inspection. I had questions about the lease because I a I was leasing a 2015 Civic. I was referred to Lennon Askew. He was so helpful and answered all my questions. We decided that I should consider turning in my lease and buying a car. He was so easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable even though I was making a huge decision! I will definitely refer friends and family to Bianchi Honda and specifically Lennon. Jamar made the signing of paperwork very easy and pleasant. He explained what I was signing which made the process less stressful for me! Excellent My experience was great. The salesman did his best to make sure I was happy with the car I purchased. I had to take it in for a air bag repair and My experience was great. The salesman did his best to make sure I was happy with the car I purchased. I had to take it in for a air bag repair and they gave me a loaner car. But a few days later I had to take it back in for a transmission problem. I was not happy with this. My salesman told me he would do anything to make sure it worked out and I was happy. I got another loaner car well they fixed the transmission. The car has worked good since I got it back. My salesman was excellent in trying to accommodating me. He also offered to try to get me into a different car if I was not happy with the one I purchased. I am happy with my purchase and I was very happy with my salesman. More
