Very good until the end. Sales person and car was excellent! Luke was amazing! He was attentive and answered my calls and texts right away. He is a great asset to the dealership. I had problems with Steve. Bec Luke was amazing! He was attentive and answered my calls and texts right away. He is a great asset to the dealership. I had problems with Steve. Because I was a cash deal and the end of month, he said he couldn't register and tag my older car after he transfered the plates. Amazingly he could the next morning, the 1st, but it I had to leave work again and make another trip to the dealership. Again, Luke worked this out for me, so he went over and above even after the sale. More

Lennon Askew was Excellent! Bought our Honda CRV used and noticed it shuddered when braking. Before taking car they turned the rotors. Two days later same thing! The most painless auto purchase we've ever made! To start with, there was an extensive selection of vehicles to choose from. There were plenty of sales people around and they were NOT pushy or overb To start with, there was an extensive selection of vehicles to choose from. There were plenty of sales people around and they were NOT pushy or overbearing in the least. They let us browse and when we were ready to test drive and ask questions they were right there to help. Once we decided on a few we really liked we did our homework by checking the carfax, which you can do right through their website at no cost to you and checking Consumer Reports and Kelly Blue Books to make sure we were getting a fair price. We went back and told them what we felt was a fair price and they said, OKAY! No dickering whatsoever! It took 20-30 minutes to do the paperwork and we were on our way with our slightly used car and a feeling that we weren't xxxxx! I will look up my friend/salesman Ken Hammer again next time we are looking for another ride. When Jason says he'll make it worth a visit, he means it! More
