The staff, especially Logan, were very knowledgeable and helpful. The experience was the best it could have been. There was only one situation, my car had been in an accident and the part was not availa helpful. The experience was the best it could have been. There was only one situation, my car had been in an accident and the part was not available for an extended amount of time so I was unable to have my car inspected. Once it was replaced, this was scheduled but was no longer covered as a free inspection (in the first 2 years). We did spend a bit of money on tire and alignment so that would have helped and made a difference. The manager that day was not budging- that would have made an impact had he honored the inspection as the delay was out of our hands. More
