I understand you have no legal obligation to refund the sale, but I also do not have any obligation to be a nice guy. If you are not willing to compensate any portion of the repairs, what is there left to talk about? You say you hustled enough people to send your kids to collage but you can't afford to help pay for one Lemon car? I don't want your sympathy, just money - besides, what more can you do to me? I've already been screwed. But I have nothing but time, with friends and family who are very willing to give even more bad reviews on Facebook and other social media. So when you are ready for the bombardment to stop and compensate me, let me know. Otherwise have a nice life.

We tried to reach out to Takashiiwai123 to discuss his purchase and negative review. Our efforts proved unsuccessful. Our objective is always to attain customer satisfaction. The 2005 Subaru was indeed a great deal. At the time of purchase, the buyer had a mechanic conduct a thorough inspection prior to completing the purchase. We sell a large number of Subaru's and this is the first time someone has experienced an engine problem. To our understanding, the customer drove from Connecticut to California through the dessert in a short time span. We should not be held responsible for customer abuse of a vehicle.
