Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me! I recently purchased a 2002 BMW 745LI from this dealer. I must say that I have found Ed to be a decent guy. The sad part is, normally the employees reflect the owner. In this case one would think Ed is the owner and Frank the employee. On to the story... several years back I purchased a Jaguar from Ed (cash deal) at first the car seemed sound and shortly there after things started to go wrong. I reached out to Ed and he was able to get the owner to provide a few hundred dollars of compensation. I had the vehicle repaired, only to have the transmission go. Needless to say I was able to trade out of the car with only about a $1500 loss. That said some years have passed and I was in the market for a BMW as I am an avid BMW guy. Low and behold I found this BMW on line and it was at Bianco. I figured since Ed was a decent guy, I would Bianco another chance. That proved to be a bad move. Without bringing my own mechanic I bought this vehicle and within the first 3 weeks, replaced all 4 tires, front brakes, struts, oil change, radiator flush, etc...over $3000 of work. I reached out to Ed. He said he would see what he could do with the owner. Keep in mind these are repair-maintenance items that any reputable dealer would have performed during pre-sale inspection. By the way the charged me for this pre-sale inspection. None the less Frank the owner has refused to return my calls. I truly feel sorry for Ed that I write this review, but it is all true. Expensive lessons learned. More

When you I recently purchased a Mercedes Cl 500 and the experience was great, Ed and Frank are so caring and professional. Ed is an amazing gentleman. When you meet him you will understand what I mean. They made a great deal happen. They got me a great rate through chase along with a warranty. They took their time explaining the information. They treated me like family before, during and after the process.Anything I need they still welcome me with open arms. If only all dealerships were like this. More

Everything from I just purchased an used BMW from Bianco and had the pleasure of working with Ed. This was the best car buying experience of my life!! Everything from the professional to honesty to due diligence made this an awesome experience. The car was purchased at a great value and the financial terms were clear cut, no hidden fees. I didn't feel ripped off here, like I had been in the past with other dealers. Personally, I think Ed is the best!! More
We recently made our second purchase from Bianco Auto Sales, which was the first place we checked out this time around since our last experience had been so good. I called and spoke with Ed, who remembe Sales, which was the first place we checked out this time around since our last experience had been so good. I called and spoke with Ed, who remembered us and even made a special trip in (they were closed that day) so we could see the car we were interested in. Like our last purchase (2001 Chrysler Sebring convertible), this car (2003 BMW 325xi wagon) was in impeccable condition with low mileage. We bought it on the spot about a month ago and we love it. The whole process could not have been easier...the price was fair, Ed explained everything clearly and concisely, and it was a pleasure dealing with him again. We would all be better off if more businesses adopted the customer service attributes that Ed demonstrates. More

I found Bianco while looking for a Ford ThunderBird. They had a beautiful 2002 T-Bird, at a very reasonable price. Once I sent them my request for more information Ed D contacted me. Ed owned this deal from that point on, there was no problem getting hold of him at any time. With me being in NY & a winter storm hitting, it wasn't exactly easy getting to CT. But Ed handled everything professionally & made the sale process easy. I got a car I wanted, with great financing that met my expectations. Bianco is a family operation & they make you feel like you are family part of that family. Very nice people. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market. More

This is my second trip in 2 months to Bianco Motors. I bought a beautiful 2000 Land Rover Discovery in July, which I think Frank regretted selling to me (it must be hard to let go of the nice vehicles tha bought a beautiful 2000 Land Rover Discovery in July, which I think Frank regretted selling to me (it must be hard to let go of the nice vehicles that come through there). That's how nice a car of that age was. I recently sold it to a friend who totalled his other car and needed a low cost replacement. I didn't want to sell it but I also wanted to go back to a sedan which I prefer over an SUV. So that worked out well for me. So I looked at a local Big Name dealer in New York, and I almost got to the finish line on a nice BMW. But this local deal (who will remain nameless) tried to slide in some BS fees at the end of the deal. I walked away. So I said to myself, why not check out Bianco's site again. And there she was, a 2005 Audi A6 at 13,995. 64K miles. The car was, for 7 years old, in immaculate condition. The body was near perfect, and the interior showed signs of typical wear of a vehicle that is 7 years old. We're talking a used car here, so if you are out there buying these things, you need to appropriately manage your expectations. 2 days in its driving great. I'm going to spin it up to Massachusettes and back and am looking forward to the smooth ride. As far as getting the deal done, Frank or Ed will tell you their fees before you even look at the car. They explain what they are for and why they need to charge them. Most are related to DMV stuff, like the cost of their runner to drive to New York in my case and take care of the registration and plates. And the preparation fees are for the crew that detail up your vehicle before you pick it up. They are not much and they are also posted up on a giant sign in their office. So you can do the mental math on the fees and taxes as you are looking at a vehicle. I recommend you look up your county tax rate before going in so you are aware of it before you decide on a vehicle. Ed took care of everything nice and easy and I came back a few days later and bing-bang-boom, i'm out the door. Great Experience, and I will only buy my cars from Frank Bianco. I challenge you to find better deals on used cars price/mileage/condition wise at other places. Frank sources quality rides. More
